Jolene MacFadden has published 13 books across mystery, historical fiction, and non-fiction for writers, with her steampunk mystery romance series appearing under the pen name L.J. Green. Through Southern Dragon Publishing Services she has provided digital marketing and self-publishing consultation to more than 100 authors, and she moderates the Writers Marketing Coalition through the Writers Alliance of Gainesville. She hosts the "Jolene's Book and Writers Talk" podcast, runs the long-standing Dorothy Gilman fan site MrsPollifax.com, and was a public lands volunteer in north Florida. A former full-time RVer, she is now a graduate student in Mass Communications at the University of Florida, researching how mobile technology and social media serve solo women travelers. She lives in north Florida with her cat and an unreasonable number of paperbacks.
