ONGOING PROJECT
The Activities and Games Booklets I have been creating for some of the Florida State parks we have visited is increasing in number. I am now up to 5 different ones and have decided to publish each of them in paperback and spiralbound versions. Check out the Series Page for and updated on the names and where you can purchase them!
I will be changing the look of these workbooks in the future with new colors for the covers. I am adding Campfire Stories and Camping Limericks to each of the new books beginning in 2025. So they each will now have coloring pages, puzzles, games such as camping bingo, spaces for drawing and recording their adventures as well as the new edition of a story and limerick samples with spaces to create their own. Digital Marketing, Website Design and Social Media
Over the last year or two I have been the designated website person for the First Coast Romance Writers Group out of Jacksonville, Florida; the Marketing Coalition presenter for the Writer’s Alliance of Gainesville (I was the social media coordinator for the 2025 Sunshine State Book Festival Feb 2, 2025 – I have volunteered to be the Volunteer Coordinator for 2026); I am the current website person for the Northeast Florida Sisters in Crime Chapter in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida and have started the “Business of Writing” monthly sessions for the members; and, finally (for now), I am the website person and social media specialist for the 2025 Literary Indulgence Festival in Jacksonville, Florida. Most of these projects are volunteer only, a few I get a stipend from the board of directors (which I deeply appreciate) but for the most part I am gaining much experience, networking, and hopefully will be getting paid customers in the future.
