Tik Tok and Book Changes

Share this post on:

Good Day. I have recently joined Tik Tok and have been lurking for a little while till this week. I have also made some changes to my last book. Top Ten Ways to Market Your Book for Free – And Other Tidbits of Information For Writers is now been converted into a Workbook for writers. The PDF ebook version I offer on my Bookstore website has already been converted. I will not be converting the Kindle editions or those ebooks on Smashwords as I haven’t really figured out how to make the books interactive so that you can copy and paste in information. That will have to be done later.

My book now available on Amazon Audio

The paperback versions are in review on Amazon for their Print on Demand service and I will order new paperback versions for my bookstore once that review is complete. I think the new additions of extra lines to jot down your ideas as well as user ID, passwords, and links to your writer profiles will help you in your marketing efforts. The links for your website and your social media pages are shared quite a bit and for a variety of different reasons. There is no reason why you cannot use my book to store them all in one place. We also leave room inside the book to begin your social media and blog posting schedule. Once you have figured out a schedule that works then you can begin to incorporate a persistent and study marketing strategy into your writing business.

I have added a Tik Tok profile widget to my bio page. It is new to me and I have only posted 2 videos so far. Now here is a place you can get lost in. There are thousands of writers from all over the world, many of them self-published, offering advice, reviews, and encouragement. I personally have a hard time cutting down my creativity and message to just 7 to 60 seconds and this whole thing about using just your phone in portrait mode to record videos is very uncomfortable to me. I am using the wide screen for everything because that is what most of the social media pages require. Youtube requires a minimum of 3 to 5 minutes as done Facebook for a good following.
